Refund policy

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and quality control reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Original shipping costs are non refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
