Shipping policy

All orders placed with Porta Aurea Club are processed within 1 to 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier performance, and external factors beyond our control. Porta Aurea Club is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non refundable once an order has been dispatched.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, responsibility lies with the courier. We recommend contacting the courier directly using the tracking information provided. Porta Aurea Club cannot be held liable for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged once handed over to the delivery service.

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before completing your order. We are unable to redirect or amend orders once they have been dispatched.
